Please provide details of your Repair & Maintenance requests here.

To submit a maintenance request
 

• please detail the nature of maintenance issue and attach photos if required i.e. error message on an appliance or water leak etc
   

Please make sure that you submit your request through your email address registered with us,(email address, which you have provided to us earlier as part of your lease agreement documents)

Once submitted to us we shall forward your request to the appropriate contractor.  They will then make contact with you regarding access. 

Our ability to resolve your maintenance request will be assisted by you providing accurate information on the nature of the issue and your contact details, this is essential information we need to provide to our maintenance contractors.
